As a lot of people will have seen we got a paid review ( which was really free thanks to Payperpost ) on Tylercruz.com . I choose Tyler’s blog as I think his blog is pretty interesting and I think its genius how he has became the “pantomime baddie” that everyone loves to hate.

After reading his post I called the GMC office and got our head editor, accounts manager and business manager to ask them what they thought about the post and after a good chat I have instructed some major changes to be made so they next time Tyler looks at the site he can only praise it.

Every new company has initial troubles and GMC is no different, I believe what makes good management is identifying these problems and taking action to fix them as soon as they come to light. when people asked for better support we introduced live chat and web tickets , when people asked to talk we introduced telephone sales in the UK , US and Australia. As most people know I am half way around the world from GMC HQ but thanks to my team on the ground we can get in and take whatever action I feel necessary.

When I set up GMC I based it around the “no frills” concept which means we offer a reliable service at an affordable price and there are thousands of users around the world who are making millions of dollars thanks to GMC content writers. I intent to make sure ever single fellow entrepreneur has access to our affordable service for many years to come.

I’m glad to see that you’ve taken my criticism in stride and instead of whining like many people would, you’re doing something about it, as I thought you would.

Feel free to purchase a follow-up review in a few months so that I can hopefully give it a better review. Maybe throw in a free package too so that I can gauge the actual quality of the service and not just what’s written on the site
